Bishop Linda Mthiyane
Bishop Linda Mthiyane is a Senior Pastor of Rhema Ebenezer Family Church International which was established in April 1982. The church has located her headquarters in Esikhawini – which is in the Northern part of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa.
Bishop Linda Mthiyane grew up in Mtubatuba (a town in the northern part of Kwa – Zulu Natal- South Africa) and is a second son of the late president of the Holy Banner of Ethiopian Apostolic Church in Zion, also known as HB, Rev M Mthiyane.
After receiving and accepting Christ in 1979 after the Revival in Esikhawini, he felt the calling of God upon his life and moved to Johannesburg to study at Rhema Bible Training Centre.
Bishop Linda Mthiyane is married to Mrs Puleng Mthiyane. In their marriage of more than 30 years God has blessed them with two daughters, Zanele and Sibahle and one son Caleb.
He graduated at Rhema Bible Training Centre in 1981. After his graduation, Bishop Linda Mthiyane came back to KwaZulu Natal to start Rhema – Zululand (how it was called at the time) with his younger brother, Pastor Trinity Mthiyane.
Bishop Linda Mthiyane has a very strong passion in discipleship and developing believers into full maturity of faith through the teachings of the Word of God.
His calling and passion is also characterized by his hunger to win people to Christ and to bring believers into the full maturity of their walk with God. He also has a strong passion on discipleship, training and mentorship to leaders in the church and releasing them to their respective areas of calling.
Bishop Linda Mthiyane has a passion for the upcoming and young pastors. As a result of that, he is fathering a number of growing ministries and churches that are looking up to him for guidance, support and mentorship
